Process in Engaging Anatolia Health Travel

Here are Steps to Process

STEP 1

Visit our website at www.anatoliahealthtravel.com and request appointment after filling-in Form (A) “First Medical Information” for basic details about you and the medical treatment you seek in Turkey.

STEP 2

Our Medical Experts will give you an appointment for a “Free Initial Consultation” about your treatment and answer basic questions and concerns. The appointment can be virtual via ZOOM or by Walk-in to our office based on your convenience. NOTE: Walk-ins are strictly on an appointment basis and no more than 2 visitors are allowed at one time.

STEP 3

A second appointment is scheduled and a “consulting fee” of Rs 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand – Non-Refundable) is charged from the client. This fee is charged to accommodate services such as obtaining medical reports and records where necessary for obtaining overseas opinion and provide various consulting and planning detailed below.  

STEP 4

Required medical records, medicines, clinical tests and client’s doctor letters along with the information obtained in Form A are entered in Form B. All records are uploaded and transmitted to Turkey Medical Treatment Doctor, Hospital, Clinic, Facility to obtain procedure commitment and appointments.

STEP 5

Once the treatment request is accepted in Turkey Medical Treatment Doctor, Hospital, Clinic, Facility along with the appointment dates, any further communication and inquiries from the client can be addressed directly to the service provider Anatolia Health Travel Expert and/or the Doctor in Turkey via ZOOM conference call arrangement.

STEP 6

The planning phase with Anatolia Health Travel involves a thorough consultation to explain the process and phases of the trip based on the client’s medical needs and preferences. Next, we coordinate with top healthcare providers to secure appointments and treatment plans. We also arrange travel logistics, including visas, flights, and accommodations, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Finally, we provide a detailed itinerary and continuous support throughout the journey after Step 7 is executed simultaneously. This arrangement will involve a full day and even another day.

STEP 7

This step involves payment of dues based the package chosen by the client for treatment in Turkey. A minimum amount of 75% of the treatment package is to be paid in US$ in the name of “Anatolia Health Travel” along with $55 “Remittance Fee” to Turkey or directly to “Anatolia Health Travel” account directly in Turkey. Foreign Currency Account details are available. A formal invoice and payment receipt are important records to be used as “EVIDENCE FOR PAYMENT TO CONSULATE GENERAL OF TURKEYE” as a VISA Requirement.

STEP 8

Hospital, Clinic, Doctor acceptance letter along with total amount of the medical treatment from Turkey and a payment invoice that shows the minimum of 75% of the amount been transferred to Hospital, Clinic, Doctor for medical treatment is prepared/received for the client.

STEP 9

A “File Review” is conducted for “Medical Documents” required for the Turkey VISA. NOTE: The Travel Visa to Turkey is to be obtained by “Anatolia Travels” (Agents for the Turkish Consulate in Karachi).

STEP 10

A Final Review of Travel for Medical Treatment and Tours and Touristic Support itinerary is discussed, and any last-minute changes are incorporated and coordinated with Anatolia Health Travel in Türkiye. A confirmation of travel plan is signed as an agreement between parties to be executed accordingly when the client arrives in Türkiye.
