Day-1  Pre-Procedure Phase (Consultation & Preparation)

Step 1: Initial Consultation

• Meet with a hair transplant specialist.
• The doctor assesses hair loss, donor area availability, and scalp health.
• Discuss expectations, potential results.
• FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction)
• Medical history review

Step 2: Pre-Op Instructions

• Stop smoking, drinking alcohol etc.
• Wash the scalp according to Dr. Prescription before surgery.
• Avoid haircuts, styling products, and strenuous exercise before the procedure.

Day-2  Hair Transplant Procedure (Surgery Day)

Step 3: Arrival at Clinic

• The patient arrives at the clinic early in the morning.
• The doctor marks the hairline and discusses the design.
• Local anesthesia is applied to numb the donor and recipient areas.

Step 4: Extraction of Hair Follicles FUE Method

• Individual hair follicles are extracted from the donor area .
• This is done using a micro-punch.
• The extracted grafts are stored in a special solution to keep them viable.

Step 5: Preparing the Recipient Area

• Small incisions are made in the bald/thinning areas of the scalp.
• These incisions follow a natural hair growth pattern to ensure a realistic look.

Step 6: Graft Implantation

• The extracted follicles or dissected grafts are carefully placed into the incisions.
• The surgeon ensures proper alignment and density to achieve a natural appearance.

Step 7: Completion & Bandaging

• The procedure can take 4-8 hours depending on the number of grafts.
• The scalp is cleaned and dressed in bandages.
• Post-op medications (painkillers, antibiotics, anti-swelling medications) are given.
• Immediate Post-Op Phase : Patients are released to go home (post procedure events)

Step 8: Recovery Instruction

• The patient can go to the hotel the same day (usually after a few hours of rest).
•  Swelling, redness, and scabbing may occur. Sleep with the head elevated.
•  The first gentle wash of the scalp (as per doctor’s guidance).
•  Avoid touching, scratching, or rubbing the transplanted area. Swelling subsides.

Day-3  Follow-ups & City Tour – Departure

• Morning: final follow up at clinic
• Afternoon:
  • Antalya (Optional)- Light Sightseeing If you’re feeling up to it, take a light stroll around Düden Waterfalls or Konyaaltı Beach and Kaleci Old Town with shopping.

  • Istanbul (Optional)- Light Sightseeing If you’re feeling up to it, take a light stroll around Galat Tower or Hagia Sofia and Takseem Sqaure with shopping.

Step 9: After Care

• Follow-up: Visit The doctor checks the healing process on a Zoom call.

Step 10: Hair Regrowth Begins

• Month 3: New hair starts to grow but is thin and fine.
• Months 4-6: Hair thickens; texture improves.
• Months 7-12: Significant hair growth is visible.
• Full Results (12-18 Months): Final hair thickness and density achieved.

Conclusion of Treatment

• When Can the Patient Resume Normal Life?

• 1-2 Days After Surgery: Light activities allowed.
