Day 1-5: Pre-Procedure Phase (Consultation & Preparation)

• Patient’s passport is required for registration.
• Review of previous medical records, images, and test results.
• Meeting with the transplant surgeon and medical team.
• Pre-op evaluations, including blood tests, PCR, and imaging.

Step 2: Pre-Op Instructions

• Anesthesia consultation and surgery preparation.
• Dietary and medication adjustments before surgery.
• Coordination of logistics for accommodation and transportation.

Day 6-15: Surgery & Hospitalization

Step 3: Liver Transplant Surgery

• Patient is admitted to the hospital.
• Surgery is performed under general anesthesia.
• Post-surgical monitoring in ICU for stabilization.

Step 4: Post-Op Hospital Stay & Recovery

• 10-day hospital stay with round-the-clock medical care.
• Standard medications and pain management.
• One companion is allowed to stay in the ward (not in ICU).
• Daily medical evaluations to monitor progress.

Day 16-40: Hotel Stay & Follow-Up Care

Step 5: Discharge & Hotel Transfer

• Patient is transferred to a hotel for further recovery.
• Personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations.
• Medications prescribed for ongoing care.

Step 6: Follow-Up Consultations & Monitoring

• First follow-up consultation after discharge.
• Regular check-ups at the hospital during hotel stay.
• Translation of medical reports into English & Russian.

Step 7: City Tours (Optional – Light Sightseeing & Relaxation)

As the patient recovers and gains strength, optional light city tours can be arranged for a refreshing experience.

Antalya:

• Visit Düden Waterfalls, Konyaaltı Beach, or Old Town Kaleiçi for a relaxing stroll.
• Enjoy scenic views and light shopping in traditional markets.

OR

Istanbul:

• Explore Hagia Sophia, Galata Tower, or Taksim Square for a cultural experience.
• Enjoy Bosphorus views or a relaxing tea break in historic locations.

Step 8: Departure & Aftercare Guidelines

• Final assessment before departure.
• Long-term recovery plan, including dietary and activity restrictions.
• Remote follow-up consultations for continued progress tracking.
