Terms & Conditions for Anatolia Health Travel

Welcome to Anatolia Health Travel. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our website and any medical tourism services we provide. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Anatolia Health Travel facilitates medical tourism services by coordinating medical treatments, travel arrangements, and post-treatment care between patients in Pakistan and healthcare providers in Turkey. We are not medical professionals, and we do not offer medical advice. Licensed healthcare institutions in Turkey provide all medical treatments, and patients are advised to consult directly with their healthcare providers regarding specific treatments and medical decisions.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: When you book a medical treatment package with us, you must provide accurate personal and medical information. Your booking will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

  • Payment: Payment for medical tourism services, including treatments, travel, and accommodations, must be made in full before the scheduled treatment date. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy (see below).

  • Currency: All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking. The client is responsible for any exchange rate fees or additional charges from payment providers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Medical Treatment Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled treatment date. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges from healthcare providers or travel agencies.

  • Refunds: Refunds may be available for cancellations within the required notice period. However, depending on the service provider’s policy, travel, visa, or accommodation fees may be non-refundable.

  • No-shows: Please attend a scheduled treatment or travel with prior notice to avoid forfeiture of payments made.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Anatolia Health Travel facilitates medical services provided by third-party healthcare providers in Turkey. We do not offer medical advice or diagnoses and are not responsible for any medical outcomes or complications arising from treatments. All medical decisions, including treatments and aftercare, are the responsibility of the healthcare providers and the patient. We recommend discussing all medical procedures thoroughly with your doctor before receiving treatment.

6. Travel and Visa Requirements

The client must ensure they meet all travel and visa requirements to travel to Turkey for medical treatment. Anatolia Health Travel can assist with visa applications, but we do not guarantee visa approval. Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, Anatolia Health Travel is not liable for:

  • Any medical malpractice or negligence by third-party healthcare providers.

  • Changes in treatment plans, including delays, cancellations, or modifications by healthcare providers or travel agencies.

  • Losses or damages arising from missed flights, visa denials, or other travel-related issues.

  • Personal injuries, property damage, or financial losses sustained during the treatment or travel process.

Our liability is limited to our services directly, and we shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Force Majeure

Anatolia Health Travel is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions in services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, travel restrictions, or strikes. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund affected services, but we cannot guarantee full compensation for any losses.

9. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Anatolia Health Travel, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information when requested.

  • Follow all medical advice and treatment plans provided by healthcare providers.

  • Adhere to travel requirements, including obtaining travel documents and complying with immigration laws.
